Thank you so much for your three comment...Laur0902,
Thank you so much for your three comments, and I'm very sorry to hear of your own bad news.
One thing, though - I'm pretty sure I know who you are (Laurie in LA), but could you tell me anyway? This is the first time I've seen your "Blogger name."Susan (Sara) Avitzourhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06178913845437517694noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7903222.post-36025015040603711512011-04-24T13:16:27.508-07:002011-04-24T13:16:27.508-07:00Dearest Susan,
Catching up on a few of your posts...Dearest Susan,
Catching up on a few of your posts has stirred so many feeling in me and my eyes are wet. As I know who you are writing about, my heart is heavy - and it is so good that you and Laurette showed up at her door with all your loving support.

This past week I was was stung by the news of a wonderful, warm intelligent man and a member of my havurah who suffered a massive stroke while on a business trip in Tennessee. He is struggling and has a long recovery ahead, however his memory and mind appear to be intact, which has to be the greatest blessing possible, and I am filled with such gratitude that Mike is still "Mike".
This brings me to thinking about your words, about delaying, putting off, procrastinating, always thinking there will be time... and actually that is not true. We just don't know.

And in a hospice bed near my home lays a beautiful young girl in her mid 20's - in a coma, from a sudden stroke - one of 4 daughters of a dear friend of mine. Susan, I feel so useless to these lovely people who are suffering so much. I just feel so sad. I will keep trying to understand your words, about loving, losing and living. I have so much to be deeply grateful for - and of course it has absolutely nothing to do with belongings....it's only about the relationships with family and friends. And I'm so grateful for your love and friendship.....Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05524246938009371519noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7903222.post-69768224366197321172011-04-20T08:57:39.142-07:002011-04-20T08:57:39.142-07:00Hag sameah to you too, Debbie, and may we spend mu...Hag sameah to you too, Debbie, and may we spend much time together in the future!Susan (Sara) Avitzourhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06178913845437517694noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7903222.post-81309293022432420212011-04-18T07:43:09.353-07:002011-04-18T07:43:09.353-07:00You are absolutely right!
